Gluten-Free Breakfast (almost made it Vegan but ran out of bananas to replace the eggs) - Cacao Chickpea Crêpes with Strawberry Coconut Quinoa pudding topped with Blackberries, Strawberries, Walnuts, Coconut shreds and Carob Ganâche.
